However the requirements set out below must be met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The person leading the activity must have written permission from their District Lead Volunteer \/ Commissioner. The written permission should include the name of the leader in charge of the activity, that they have the appropriate skills and knowledge of the activity taking place and that they are solely responsible for leading the activity at all times.
